The challenge
Most visitors leave a Wix site without leaving an email address, so the site owner has no way to bring them back. Web push solves this, but on Wix it usually meant custom code that most site owners can't write.
We wanted push that a shop owner could switch on in minutes, with automations that run on their own, and billing, privacy and support handled properly inside Wix.
What we built
- 01
One-click setup inside Wix
PushPal installs from the Wix App Market and runs from a dashboard inside the Wix admin. Switching on the opt-in prompt is the only step needed to start collecting subscribers.
- 02
Automations driven by site events
Abandoned carts, order and shipping updates, back-in-stock alerts, booking reminders, new blog posts and event announcements go out automatically when the matching Wix event happens.
- 03
Privacy by design
PushPal does not store visitors' names or email addresses. It uses site events only to send the matching notification, and cleans up expired subscriptions.
- 04
Reporting that answers one question
Subscribers, notifications sent and click-through rate in one view, so owners can see which messages bring people back.
