Floating Icons shows floating social and navigation icons on a Shopify store. KarachiSol processes the data below to provide the app.
From merchants
- The store identifier and basic account details Shopify provides when the app is installed.
- The widget settings you create: which links to show and how they look.
- Messages you send us for support.
From visitors
- None. The widget does not collect or track any personal data from visitors, including clicks.
- When a visitor taps a link, they leave for that service (for example WhatsApp or Instagram), whose own privacy policy then applies.
How long we keep it
- The settings are kept while the app is installed. After a merchant uninstalls, we delete them within 30 days, and sooner on request.
